7 Keys to Knowing Yourself

Knowing who you are is the greatest gift you can give yourself. It is the only way to truly be in touch with the Real you. To know yourself is to create new future and see everything clearly.

7 Keys to Knowing Yourself Online Course – Part 1

Part 1 – Image of Self

You can listen or read to begin …

This course has been recorded for hands-free easy listening, or you can read the content below. Please complete each stage before proceeding to the next. Repeating any stage is encouraged if you feel the need to.

This Part has 10 questions. Take your time and be relaxed. This is all about you talking to you. No one else is listening or reading this unless you choose to share. Be sure to listen to your feelings.

Remember, very often it is your first response that reveals what is most needed to be understood. So answer the questions honestly – be true to you. Take the opportunity to be free from expectation, images and influence.

This first part of the program will take a look at how you see yourself as the person you know yourself to be, and how you view the world around you. There are no wrong answers. Honesty and sensitivity to yourself are the key to discovery. Never judge, only ask the question ‘why?’ and give yourself permission to answer it. You will look at how you see the things we all so important to us, and take a balanced personal and objective look at what makes up your ‘Image of Self’.

Are you excited? Nervous? Bit of both? Either way, that is great, so long as you are open and honest with ‘you’. The rest is a journey of new discoveries and a New you!

Remember, after you have finished the questions and meditation experience, you can use the Reflection Diary in this program, or you might like to use a pen and notepad – it is entirely up to you.

Let’s begin.

Or download the 7 Keys Activity Document (PDF).

Recommended items and course suggestions so you can get the best results from this course…

  • Something to write on. This should be a notepad and pen. When we write with a pen or pencil we engage the brain in ways typing and touching a screen do not. However, use of a phone, tablet, computer or other device can still be used.
  • Before you sleep. It is also highly recommended to write in a journal or diary before going to sleep; this allows you to sort your feelings and empty your mind of thoughts from the day. Just as in the Dream Talking program, working with yourself often creates a greater connection inwardly and can enhance dream clarity.
  • A Personal Journal or Notepad. This is not essential, however the activities in this course are best completed when hand-written. If possible, record on your preferred written format. If you are not able to write on the PDF activity sheets or in a journal or notepad, you can make notes on your digital device just as easily.

  • Activity Sheet. If you use the PDF provided, you will need to print out a separate sheet for each question.
  • Note 1: It is strongly recommended to turn off as many distractions as possible when completing this program, such as music or television (and even your phone if you are not using it to read the course notes).
  • Note 2: It is strongly recommended to avoid using all device or screen technology at least 30 mins before going to bed. This allows your brain to relax and prepare for sleep.
