7 Keys to Knowing Yourself
Knowing who you are is the greatest gift you can give yourself. It is the only way to truly be in touch with the Real you. To know yourself is to create new future and see everything clearly.
7 Keys to Knowing Yourself Online Course – Part 7
Part 7 – Reaching Your Potential
You can listen or read to begin …
This course has been recorded for hands-free easy listening, or you can read the content below. Please complete each stage before proceeding to the next. Repeating any stage is encouraged if you feel the need to.
This Part has 10 questions. Take your time and be relaxed. This is all about you talking to you. No one else is listening or reading this unless you choose to share. Be sure to listen to your feelings.
We all have dreams and goals, and every step so far in this program has covered key areas of ‘knowing yourself’ so you will be able to become the New you that can reach your potential and find fulfilment in your life.
In Part 7 we take a look at both sides of success so far – what have you achieved, and what has not worked as you had hoped. Do you know what you want out of your life, and what success would mean to you? Goals and dreams can be anything that brings fulfilment to you, and in the true nature of the Elonias Foundation everything on the outer of life is a reflection from within. That means your ability to reach your potential will be a result of how you view ‘you’, your past, your future, your thoughts and your feelings.
This section takes the self-awareness you have understood from parts 1-6 so far, and allows you to visualise and create what success will look like for you. Remember, you have put a lot of effort into this program by now, so be careful to bring with you all the clarity you have discovered about who ‘you’ are, your ego, what strengths you have and what you no longer need to carry with you that was holding you back.
This is an exciting end to the program because you get to show yourself just how much you hold inside when we release ourselves from imagery and self-programming. What are you waiting for? Get to it!
Remember, after you have finished the questions and meditation experience, you can use the Reflection Diary in this program, or you might like to use a pen and notepad – it is entirely up to you.
Let’s begin.
Part 7 Questions
Closing Meditation
Listen to this meditation after you have finished the questions to allow your mind, your thoughts and emotions to find a place of clarity and awareness. This meditation lasts around 10 minutes. Relax.
1. Read the recommendations before you begin!
2. Write the questions and answers in a Notebook or Personal Journal.
Or download the 7 Keys Activity Document (PDF).
You will use this document throughout this course for activities, personal reflections, dream symbology, questions & answers. Hint: hand-written Q&As will give you the best results (learn why soon!)
Recommended items and course suggestions so you can get the best results from this course…
- Something to write on. This should be a notepad and pen. When we write with a pen or pencil we engage the brain in ways typing and touching a screen do not. However, use of a phone, tablet, computer or other device can still be used.
- Before you sleep. It is also highly recommended to write in a journal or diary before going to sleep; this allows you to sort your feelings and empty your mind of thoughts from the day. Just as in the Dream Talking program, working with yourself often creates a greater connection inwardly and can enhance dream clarity.
- A Personal Journal or Notepad. This is not essential, however the activities in this course are best completed when hand-written. If possible, record on your preferred written format. If you are not able to write on the PDF activity sheets or in a journal or notepad, you can make notes on your digital device just as easily.
- Activity Sheet. If you use the PDF provided, you will need to print out a separate sheet for each question.
- Note 1: It is strongly recommended to turn off as many distractions as possible when completing this program, such as music or television (and even your phone if you are not using it to read the course notes).
- Note 2: It is strongly recommended to avoid using all device or screen technology at least 30 mins before going to bed. This allows your brain to relax and prepare for sleep.
