7 Keys to Knowing Yourself Online Course – Part 4

Part 4 – Fulfillment

You can listen or read to begin …

This course has been recorded for hands-free easy listening, or you can read the content below. Please complete each stage before proceeding to the next. Repeating any stage is encouraged if you feel the need to.

This Part has 10 questions. Take your time and be relaxed. This is all about you talking to you. No one else is listening or reading this unless you choose to share. Be sure to listen to your feelings.

Fulfilment comes from how we feel, not what we think. So much of what we do is in the pursuit of being fulfilled in our life. Fulfilment is wrapped up in our estimation of our ambitions and what we define as our life purpose.

Are you fulfilled in your life? What would it take for you to be fulfilled? What would it look like to you? Your answer will be a measurement of hope, dreams and expectations combined with what you believe matters most to you.

Memories and experiences form a large part of who we are, and so your needs and desires will be formed from so much of what has already happened. Fulfilment is like a life itself coming around full circle, and when you reach the point of fulfilment it is because you have reached your own goals based on what is important to you. Perhaps it is a way of life. Perhaps it is a single action, or a state of awareness. Perhaps it is an ever-changing destiny because you have never defined it because you have never properly understood what you are seeking.

And so the journey of life is one full of images. But to understand oneself to the point of knowing what will fulfil you every day of your life is a destination that you can carry with you.

Let us take a look at what fulfilment means to you, and we can discover how to turn your life from a pursuit for fulfilment into an actual New life where your fulfilment comes from within.

Remember, after you have finished the questions and meditation experience, you can use the Reflection Diary in this program, or you might like to use a pen and notepad – it is entirely up to you.

Let’s begin.

2. Write the questions and answers in a Notebook or Personal Journal.

Or download the 7 Keys Activity Document (PDF).

You will use this document throughout this course for activities, personal reflections, dream symbology, questions & answers. Hint: hand-written Q&As will give you the best results (learn why soon!)

Recommended items and course suggestions so you can get the best results from this course…

  • Something to write on. This should be a notepad and pen. When we write with a pen or pencil we engage the brain in ways typing and touching a screen do not. However, use of a phone, tablet, computer or other device can still be used.
  • Before you sleep. It is also highly recommended to write in a journal or diary before going to sleep; this allows you to sort your feelings and empty your mind of thoughts from the day. Just as in the Dream Talking program, working with yourself often creates a greater connection inwardly and can enhance dream clarity.
  • A Personal Journal or Notepad. This is not essential, however the activities in this course are best completed when hand-written. If possible, record on your preferred written format. If you are not able to write on the PDF activity sheets or in a journal or notepad, you can make notes on your digital device just as easily.

  • Activity Sheet. If you use the PDF provided, you will need to print out a separate sheet for each question.
  • Note 1: It is strongly recommended to turn off as many distractions as possible when completing this program, such as music or television (and even your phone if you are not using it to read the course notes).
  • Note 2: It is strongly recommended to avoid using all device or screen technology at least 30 mins before going to bed. This allows your brain to relax and prepare for sleep.
