Dream Talking, Part 7

Learn to remember your dreams. Open communication with your subconscious mind. Gain insight into who you are so you can effectively interpret your dreams and get the most of your journey through life.

Dream Talking Online Course – Part 7

1. Recommendations before you begin…

2. Write the questions and answers in a Notebook or Personal Journal

You will use these document throughout this course for activities, personal reflections, dream symbology, questions & answers. Hint: hand-written Q&As will give you the best results (learn why soon),

2. Write about how you FEEL

No matter how strange it seems, ALL dream componentes have context, meaning and reason. How it feels is the MOST important thing of all. For example, if you see a “Mountain” and it feels “happy” then write it down. There is always a meaning in feelings which is why the mind is dreaming it, and showing it to you!

Recommended items and course suggestions so you can get the best results from this course…

  • Something to write on. This should be a notepad and pen. When we write with a pen or pencil we engage the brain in ways typing and touching a screen do not. However, use of a phone, tablet, computer or other device can still be used.
  • Before you sleep. It is also highly recommended to write in a journal or diary before going to sleep; this allows you to sort your feelings and empty your mind of thoughts from the day. Just as in the Dream Talking program, working with yourself often creates a greater connection inwardly and can enhance dream clarity.
  • A Personal Journal or Notepad. The activities in this course are best completed when hand-written. If possible, record on your preferred written format. If you are not able to write or journal you can make notes on your digital device just as easily.
  • Note 1: It is strongly recommended to turn off as many distractions as possible when completing this program, such as music or television (and even your phone if you are not using it to read the course notes).
  • Note 2: It is strongly recommended to avoid using all device or screen technology at least 30 mins before going to bed. This allows your brain to relax and prepare for sleep.

Part 7, Step 1

Reflection on Your Dream Recall Progress

Review Questionnaire

You can listen or read to begin …

This course has been recorded for hands-free easy listening, or you can read the content below. Please complete each stage before proceeding to the next. Repeating any stage is encouraged if you feel the need to.

Welcome to Part 7, Step 1.

This is a very important part of your personal progress as we reflect and understand the journey of your dream recall progress and inner awareness.

This section of the program includes s a questionnaire designed to help you see the progress you have made by completing this program. The aim of this program is not just to guide you on how to remember your dreams – it is about revealing to you how you perceive your inner self and how you relate to your subconscious.

Opening a window to your mind is about getting to know yourself, and allowing your feelings and openness to who you have ever been to come into one point. The most effective dream recall is when you know who you are, and understand how you feel about yourself and your life around you. It is when you are in touch and in tune with ‘you’ that you are able to understand the symbology of a dream so clearly because you are able to listen and feel it like to the conversation it is, directly from your inner mind and subconscious.

This Review Questionnaire is designed to help understand where you are right now, after having completed the online program. It does not matter how quickly or how long it took you to complete the program. The steps along the way are designed to work with you, if and when you are ready. As I said in the beginning, it is all a matter of mindset and intent.

Once you have finished this questionnaire, wait 24 hours before returning to the final stage.

Review Questionnaire

1. Did your ability to recall dreams improve?

This will include any form of dream recall such as visions, flashes, feelings or memories.

2. Why do you think you experienced the results you did?

Reflect on your mindset, the preparation recommendations and activities.

3. If you experienced new dreams, or improved recall, how did it make you feel?

4. Did this course reveal anything unexpected to you?

Comment on your progress, and what you have learned about yourself.

5. Did you remember more than 1 dream in at any time?

If so, were they different or did they have similar themes? Can you determine a connection between them?

6. Did you experience any kind of answer, guidance or revelation?

These experiences can help you discover a new depth to your life.

7. Did you experience anything that made you feel uncomfortable or self-conscious?

Comment here. If you did, you can ask Jason for help to understand any dream, experience or feeling. There is always answer to help.

8. Do you feel any different now towards dreams compared to when you started?

Yes, definitely! About the same? Less interest now? Not sure?

9. Have you had old memories or experiences come back to you since you began this program?

Explain your answer.

10. Do you feel different now that you are activating a deeper connection with yourself?

Have a good think about it. Explore this idea.

11. Will you continue to focus on recalling dreams?

Explain your answer. How do you now define a dream? Do you still believe dreams are valuable?

After this Questionnaire, take some time to relax.

You can, if you wish, return to the final meditation once again that brings the entire experience into a clear view of where your conscious mind is now residing – in line with the main centre point of your inner self. Or you can sit quietly for a time and reflect on the types of experiences and thoughts you have had during this program.

It is important that you allow the energy of this program, and the review questionnaire, to sit with you overnight, whilst you sleep. Allow any feelings .. and hopefully dreams – to surface now you have come around full circle with the review questionnaire.

Part 7, Step 2

Reflection on Your Dream Recall Progress

Reflection Questionnaire

You can listen or read to begin …

This course has been recorded for hands-free easy listening, or you can read the content below. Please complete each stage before proceeding to the next. Repeating any stage is encouraged if you feel the need to.

Welcome to Part 7, Step 2.

Now you have had what I hope is a good night’s sleep, it is time to complete the final exercise of the Dream Talking Online Program.

This final questionnaire is all about ‘who are you now’, ‘how do you feel’ and ‘where to from here’.

You see, our dreams come from our experiences and responses, and as much as we shape out dreams, our dreams – if we listen closely enough – will shape us back.

The magnetic movement of it all is like a spiral of awareness – a rotation of compliance that keep us growing and remembering more and more about ourselves every day.

Great insight is available to you because your dreams sit on the edge of your conscious world .. and the timeless world that really exists beyond your everyday life. What you really are is your inner Real self, and the more you remember experiences like dreams, the more you are experiencing an altered state of consciousness that will lead to a new future beyond who you have ever been.

That is why dreams are so amazing.

So now, please complete this final Reflection Questionnaire. See how far you have come, and how far you can go.

Reflection Questionnaire

1. How do you feel now compared to when you first started the course?

Comment on your overall feelings about dreams, your own abilities and your interest.

2. Reflect on your dream recall progress.

Are you now recording dreams often? Every night? More than you used to? Not at all?

3. Did you have a profound or lucid dream whilst doing this course?

Remember as much as you can. Do you understand it?

If you wish to understand your dream, you can contact Jason for a discussion session.

4. Do you need to take more time to slow your brain down?

As meditation and dreams are closely aligned, taking time (or more time) to meditate, relax or reflect should help your dream recall

5. Do you feel more connected to 'you' by doing this course?

Explain your answer. Emotions, feelings and messages are all connections between your conscious and subconscious mind.

6. How do you feel after completing this course?

And why?

Expand on your answer if you can.

10. Do you feel your ‘mind’ more and your ‘brain’ less?

A very important question! Explain what this means to you.

11. Do you feel you need to make some changes to your lifestyle to allow you to be more in tune with your deeper mind?

Explain why.

12. How 'in tune' do you feel with your your inner self after doing the program?

Far more? Are little more? About the same? The same? Less? Far less?

If less, you are welcome to contact Jason to speak about blockages in your subconscious memory.

13. How focused are you now on your past or your future?

There are reasons to reflect on both, but focus is important. Explore this idea.

14. Have you had intuitive feelings about the future, someone or something since starting the program?
